Living Arts Daily: Parenting in a Crisis

March 20, 2020

May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.   -Nelson Mandela

This video features Teresa Walker of Treesprites Farm Preschool. Teresa, a LifeWays training graduate, will be one of our lead student liaisons for the 2020/21 LifeWays Early Childhood training in the San Francisco Bay area.

Teresa shares: “Beginning Monday, for as long as my program is closed, I will be holding a daily 1/2 hour zoom call with all the children in my in-home child care program.  We will sing songs together and I will show a little puppet show, and the children will have a moment to share what they have been doing at home with the rest of the group.  I am hoping it will also give parents a half hour break which is desperately needed right now.”

Kudos to Teresa for thinking outside the box!
