Robert Heil has been involved in Waldorf education for 18 years as a parent and step-parent, and has deepened his understanding of Waldorf’s foundational principles through studies in Anthroposophy, Spacial Dynamics and in early childhood development through LifeWays. He has worked as a childcare provider for young children, and a youth camp counselor. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Master’s Degree in Community and Regional Planning. In September 2023, Robert became a new Board member of LifeWays North America.
