“Thank you for this enriching and inspiring course! I found a lot of wisdom pearls that will accompany me on my teaching and parenting journey. I will revisit this material frequently.” ~ J.L.V., Arizona

Each Wednesday, a new lesson on child development from birth to three will open with a variety of learning activities. Each multimedia lesson is filled with practical care suggestions for both parents and childcare providers or teachers and includes:

  • Inspiring written material with a wealth of photos
  • Lively videos
  • Links to further reading and resources
  • A rich written discussion forum with Rahima and fellow students from all over the world
  • A live video conference call with Rahima to ask your questions

“For a scant computer-user, the format has been very straight-forward. Presentation of material, all the rich articles, comments from everyone, and thoughtful responses from the facilitator all made for a full and accessible experience. Thank you!” ~ J.W., Iowa

Learn on your own time and at your own pace. Lessons are sent each Wednesday and then are always accessible for ongoing reference. Childcare providers and early childhood teachers needing continuing education will earn a certificate for 12 hours through their active participation in and completion of the course by March 22, 2022.

“Thank you for this wonderful course! This is the first time I have done a Steiner course on child development and the insights are fascinating. I plan to homeschool my twin boys, currently 14 months, but find I am lacking in so many aspects. This course helps towards filling the gaps. In my community, here in Sanremo, Italy, parents are looking for this approach to raising children.” ~ M.O., Italy

Rahima Baldwin Dancy is internationally known as the author of You Are Your Child’s First Teacher on Steiner’s indications from birth through age six, which has been translated into nine languages. “Amazing as usual! Thank you for your time and personal replies. You are an inspiring mentor.” ~ S.M., Wisconsin
