In this workshop we will look at mealtimes, meal planning, fussy eaters and share strategies for bringing joy to cooking and serving food! How do we deal with children who won’t eat what is prepared for them? How can food sensitivities be accommodated? Using the seasons as our guide, Stacy will share tips on getting organized, for the week ahead. This is a practical, hands-on workshop! Bring your apron!!
Stacy Ito is the mother of three daughters, she teaches and cooks in the California Coast LifeWays Training and also teaches and cooks in a Petaluma based early childhood program.
