The Playgarden by the Sea is looking for an amazing lead teacher for our
- Dragonfly 5-day program, ages 3 to 6
- Dragonfly 2-day program, ages 3 to 6
- Butterfly 4-day program, ages 2.5 to 4
The Playgarden Early Childhood teacher understands the essential needs of the young child and supports both children and their families by creating joy-filled and life-nourishing environments that enhance growth and development.

Required Qualifications:
- Waldorf Education certification or
- Lifeways of North America Early Childhood Certification or equivalent
- Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
- 2+ years previous similar experience
